Flights are scheduled by Steamwerx to accommodate sites in the most efficient order. Time of day requests cannot be accommodated with this price structure. Specials are subject to availability on first come, first served basis. Streamwerx reserves the right to cancel the mission if the weather is not conducive to achieving the best results.  Refund or reschedule options will be offered to the customer.

Customers will be charged for any cancellation after they have placed on order. All aerial missions must be paid with a credit card before departure. The price includes all helicopter, pilot, any fuel surcharges or landing fees. No other discount programs apply. No passengers may be present for On the Fly Aerial Specials. Retail missions can be booked if your director wants to be aboard. All flights are subject to FAA weight restrictions for the Robinson R44 helicopter.
